I started to assemble a "Kitchen Butler" by American Signature and wouldn't you know - first thing, the steel fastener in step one broke as though it were powder...So, I thought - well maybe I don't know my own strength - I got on the phone - ordered another part - and decided to keep going - I got another fastener (H8 in the package) and what-do-you-know????
