Outbound calling center. Starting working there in July 2010, sat in the basic chairs that were there, in two hours time I get this pain at the base of my spine, unable to sit no more. The company had these hi-back chairs just a few of them they had bought, I asked if I could have on and they gave me one. Now some 7 months later they took away the hi-back chairs, and now we are forced to sit in chairs that they bought new, but do not have enough padding or enough back support and now the pain is back. read full review »
