Strayer university has a policy to keep student refund checks for a max of 5 weeks. Therefore earning interest off the students money for the organization. Students go through pure HELL to recieve their own refunds. They are lied to. They are promised time spans to recieve and told many stories that they are being processed. The financial-aide staff is both inexperience and unprofessional when it comes to completing these loans on time. They need more training.
