After ordering the walkfit insoles, I started receiving Joint Support Pills. I called to cancel like the paperwork included in the order stated. I continued to receive 2 more shipments after I cancelled. I called the customer service to request a refund and get instructions on how and what I needed to do to stop the shipments and get the refund for the 2 shipments. The first customer rep. I spoke to told me that I would only get a refund for the last order, less the shipping. He continued to tell me that the other order was over 60 days old... read full review »
