Skype terms of usage allowed for unlimited calls for US and Canada is 10, 000 minutes per month or 6 hours per day maximum. My unlimited subscription started in October 2010 paid for the whole year. I used up 6hours+ in a day just one time (3-way calling) on February 3, 2011. Since then, skype charges me each time I call. This is not inline with the terms in their policy according to their website. Skype DO NOT have customer service person to talk to. read full review »
