I have noticed they overcharged the minutes you talk... Comparing my cell phone bill with their bills, I realized how they steal my money overcharging the minutes abusively. I called them in November to complaint, they said they can not verify that. I went with someone in Customer service through my november'10 bill vs. cell phone bill. They just said "We will give you a credit". Since then I have been asking for all my bills to be corrected... nothing happened.
