Purchased ring on January 10, 2011 my account was charged on January 11, 2011 was told at the time of ordering it should take two weeks after the third week passed I called and was told that it usually takes 3-4 weeks however, mine was being shipped on Friday and should have it no later than Tuesday. I waited another week then called again only to be told they didn't know what happened but they would gladly cancel the order and refund my money. As of today March 1, 2011 I am still waiting!!!
