Complaints Board: The collection division of (American Express) keeps harassing me with phone calls for a Traffi Bryant. Not only am I not Traffi Bryant, but they are unable to delete my number from their computer software program, why? So far, they have called me 14 times, within a month's time. This is unacceptable and illegal! Please persuade them to take care of this annoyance ASAP! I am past the point of tolerance, since I have called various supervisors, repeatedly!
