Turbotax screwed up and admitted the error: "Based on the terms of our Accuracy Guarantee, Intuit will reimburse you $3, 431.00 for the interest/penalties you paid to the Internal Revenue Service . Please allow us 2 to 3 weeks to process the check. " But they NEVER SENT THE CHECK. I've emailed them several times and they refuse to respond.
