Since 28th February 2011 airel has been charging me Re. 1 for local sms and Rs. 1.50 for national sms whereas my normal tariffs were 10p for local and 30p for national. So this suggests they changed my tariffs without any consent and I feel very unhappy and cheated. Also, I had activated a sms plan of 95 Rs which provides 500 sms per day for a month which has been deactivated 6 days prior to its actual expiry.
