i ordered a camera from Need4digital and got an email said that i need to call them to confirm my order. So i called and the sale man was rude and didnt let me have a chance to ask any question, also there was hidden charge, he said i have to buy the warranty. after searching on the internet, i see that this is a bad company. i called again to cancel my order, he said ok, it s canceled. 3 days later on a friday after their working hours, i got an email said that my order has been shipped. Their policy is that it can't be canceled after the order has been shipped... I am so mad, this company should be closed !!! read full review »
