My sister and myself received the Acer 1810TZ for Christmas last year. Within 3 months my sister's machine broke down and had to be returned to factory for repairs - she was left without PC for several weeks. My Acer 1810TZ broke down 14 months after purchase. In both cases impossible to start the PC, no power light even connected to the mains. My other PCs (Toshiba, HP and Dell) have all lasted a minimum of 3 years before the first problem, usually the battery or power supply.
