I made 2 wires in Australian dollars and Singapore dollars and was told the charge would be $35USD each, which would come out of my account. When the wires were received, an extra $12AUD and $14.81SGD were deducted from the wired amounts. This is very unethical as I specifically requested that the exact amounts be transfered and the $35 charges were to come out of my account.
