Our appointment was between 8-9am for a two man team for $70/hr, and kept claiming they had horrible mishaps that kept them from coming to our apartment to help us move 15 minutes away. "accident at the gas station", "stuck in traffic", and "blown tire" were their excuses as to why it took so long. 8 hours and 20 phone calls later in a freezing powerless apartment, they finally show up with a 4 man team and tried to charge me $250/hr! This company fails to communicate with eachother and their customers, they are dishonest, and try to rip you off. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL ONLY WASTE YOUR TIME. read full review »
