Never hire or pay Joe Bradley of Santa Monica for a back round check or any of his private investigating services. He is a fraud. This is a scam. He took my deposit and disappeared. He never returns phone calls. He never produced any kind of reports (back round check). He gives lip service and does not do any work. His address is a P.O.
