I have for too long been a victim of Best Buys Black Ties service agreement. I was talked into it when buying a cell phone. Should never have taken it out. You are made to believe that no matter what happens to the phone it will be replaced no questions ask. Trust me. This could not be farther from the truth. I had only had my phone for 3 months the first time I had problems. I took it in and they said it needed to be sent off for repairs. And that they had a loaner phone for $ 150.00.
