I last used my credit card in December 2010, as I always pay in full, I was astounded when I recieved notification that I was in arrears on payment. I was using online banking to transfer cash from a BOA account to make the payment. I would get a message to confirm payment and on clicking it, I presumed it had gone through. Next month another statement came to say I was in arrears . I complained about it to a human and was told I have to sit and wait until I actually get a confirmation no.
