This is the 2nd time that I’ve ordered Barnes and Noble Gift Cards online and did not receive. The first time was 4 years ago and I was able to get a refund for the purchase that was never received after several phone calls. This year I thought I try again. Big Mistake. I ordered the items on November 30. Received an email that the items shipped on 12/3/09.
