The microwave cavity was broken. A technitian came and took a llok at it. He provided a report. In that report he mentioned that the part cannot be replaced or repaired and customer declined estimate. I did not decline the estimate. He provide contradictory statements. On the one he said part cannot be repaired, on the other hand he mentioned customer declined estimate. It seems to me the technitian does not know what he was doing.
