I placed a large order for books on a Wednesday, get an email on Friday evening saying my 3 day free trial membership is over on Saturday and I will be charged $19.95/month or I can call their 24/7 phone line to cancel. Conveniently enough the phone line is a perpetual busy signal. So I tried to cancel online where you click to cancel membership and it asks for your password, which again I did not setup.
