So I purchased a CF4 bat for my 16 year old daughter at x-mas time where it sat for over 1 month before putting into play with her high school teams practice in February. After striking the ball in practice, she said she heard a very distinct "click" which was heard by several others. I examined the bat and found a chip in the surface of the bat and decided to send it in to have it examined.
