I have been with metro pcs for two years and this is the frist time I have had to call customer service. I bought a new phone less than a month ago and have been unable to send text messages. After spending an hour on the phone and going to a local store my problem is still not fixed! Now I'm being told I have to go to a corprate headquater and see if they can fix it! Did I mention that I have insurance and the phone is less than a month old! Two weeks and still nothing! Metro PCS SUCKS!! read full review »
