Robinson jewlery at 1314 s roane street in harriman tenn charged me 5.00 because my credit card would not swipe. i thought they where joking when he first said it would cost 5.00 because my card would not swipe and they had to punch my numbers in when i objected they said it was too late they could not void this, that it was the charge card that done it. I called my bank card and they had never heard of such. this guy should not be in bussiness. i have been in retail for 23 years and have never heard of something like this do not shop with this guy, this was a jewlry repair or i would had just left. read full review »
