The treatment I've got and am still getting from the so-called Hotmail Customer Support is actually making me suicidal! A simple temporarily forgotten password has resulted in me being locked out of my very important primary account for 2 weeks, and counting! Because my account has been blocked due to too many incorrect passwords being entered, last week, I cannot now login with my now remembered password.
