I bought a model T6216 e-machine computer from Best Buy in March of 2006. In September 2006, I turned on the computer and received an error message. I called e-machine service and spent about an hour on the phone with a tech that did not know anything about computers. I finally told her that I believed the hard drive had gone bad. She told me they would send me a new hard drive. I received the new hard drive about 3 to 4 days later and it was not the correct one for my computer.
