On the phone the customer service rep reminded me that I had 2 more months left on my contract. So I told him to forget about it and I would fulfill my commitment. The next thing that I knew my AOL account was cancelled. They sent me a bill for the remaining months. I sent it back to them with a note telling them I would not pay as they were the ones that shut me off. Today almost a year later I was called by a collection agency about the money AOL says I owe them. I can't get customer service for AOL as I do not have time to wait on the phone for them. read full review »
