This so called collections agency says to be proffesional when in reality they are far from it. I called them to set up a payment play for some money i owed to a school. I know i owe the money and wanted to do right. I called the collections company and spoke to a representative there who took my information and agreed to set me up on a payment plan of 3 months for three seperate charges to cover what i owed.
