I walked up to the curb side check in and the man that was helping kept repeating that tips were not included in my total cost. Which would have been fine to say it once but over and over? Then he wouldn't give me my ticket or baggage claim ticket until I tipped him!!! Blackmail is not the way to get returning customers!! read full review »
