I have been working with Bank Of America since Oct 2011. for a home modification. I was told iniatally I didn't qualify bc of my mom had a little money and she lives in the home. Then in December I was told I could still apply. Well, here it is March 2011 and it is still in underwriting. I do not understand this at all. By the time they get through with this, my family could be homeless. I had to give them several copies of the same documents, even though I had given them the documents numerous times.
