The academic advisors and financial aid department are not helping the students. I made several attempts to reach both, during my two years and they never respond. Then they make you jump through hoops on a deadline date and tell you it must be done or you can not keep going. (I did recently acquire an advisor that did try to help, only to be shot down) They do not communicate with other departments, (academic advising, degree planning, etc...) the needed requirements in each program to ensure the students will graduates on time.
