getflics.com is the website in question. I payed $23.88 via my discover card for a membership that was to entitle me to download movies and music from this website. What I got was absolutely nothing. The ID and password they assigned me did not work. The website did not have a way for members to sign in. I asked for a refund (credit to my discover card) on five occasions to no avail.
