Purchased a gas range in Oct 2010. It has a double glass door. Grease gets in between the double glass and can not be cleaned by the automatic oven cleaner. Called the company to ask how to clean. I was referred to the seller who will charge $75 per visit plus extra for time spent cleaning the inside of the glass.When I mentioned this sounded like a manufacturing defect I was told there is nothing Whirlpool will do about this. Asked to speak to a higher up at Whirlpool and was refused. This IS a defect in the design. She informed me if I open the door to clean it my warranty will be voided. read full review »
