Service Department damaged new parts installed on vehicle by qualified mechanic and then charged us for the new parts. When we demanded they save the parts, they placed them on the back floor boards which then had to be detailed. SMKia then proceeded to triple the estimated amount we had been quoted; when we raised a fuss about that, it was quickly discounted $100.
