Actually, I am writing an anti-complaint. I also signed up for the free trial of Acaiaslim and gave my credit card # to cover the cost of shipping. Subsequently I recieved 3 additional shipments that I had not asked for. I went online to find out how to contact the company and found all these complaints. When I was finally able to find the phone # and called the company I was greeted by a very nice young man who was very helpful.
