purchased a fire engine toddler bed order number (Ref:AMIC0382) on 16-11-04 in which the item arrived 2 weeks later but was the wrong item. What arrived was a snooze n cruise car bed. When I called to ask for a refund the first person stated that this was terrible that my son was without a proper bed and would get a supervisor to call me back that afternoon. 3 days passed and no one called.
