I paid $548.90 for a flight ticket from San Francisco to Taiwan on Feb., 24, 2011, but had an unexpected situation where the airline company cancelled my flight. I called the customer services agents of priceline.com, and explained the situation to them. They said that they will refund my flight ticket but have to charge me a penality fee of $200. Therefore, I will receive a total refund of $348.90.
