I have been an AT&T customer for 15+ years. Last week AT&T converted all existing voicemail to Unity Messaging. Unfortunately, my standalone voicemail box was deleted without notification. After working with AT&T representatives over the course of 7 days and 14.5 hours on the phone, I was informed that I could no longer keep the phone number I had been using for the past 15 years.
