My husband has been trying for more almost year to work with Bank of to get our home loan modified. He has had to summited numerous times all of the information that BOA requested. Each time he has summited his information there was missing information. He sent that in then there was something else. They lost the file about three times or more, we call one department the send us to another one, that person knows nothing about anything thfing ect... Now, today they tell us we are not qualified for a loan modification because we fail to except the first modification. WE NEVER GOT ONE... HELP!! read full review »
