I booked a holiday through Otel.com During my stay, i ate some hotel food which was poorly prepared and was forced to go to hospital with a serious bacterial infection. The hotel was lovely, they contacted Otel.com and both parties agreed to refund me 5 nights as compensation. Otel.com claim to have transferred the money into my account, quoting the same reference number 10 times. I have provided bank statements to prove this has not taken place.
