This is frustrating for multiple reasons: namely, that I had to contact Turbotax to find out about my refund. They obviously knew about this issue, as there is a FAQ topic on it on their website. The ONLY saving grace was he informed me that I would not be charged for using Turbotax this year. I will NEVER use this company's products or services again. read full review »
