Unbelievable that they are still in business! 6 months about one hour on the phone with Qwest to make sure that as their of customer for 30 years will get to keep my basic services around $50-60 for the next year 6 months. I received a bill last month for $30 more. I called they explained that I am one of their loyal customer for 30 years and of course they are giving me the best deal, but I did not call them to make sure.
