I ordered the product and asked when I ordered it, if I could just order ONE kit. The agent said it was an automatic renewal and I would have to cancel it at a later date. When my product arrived, I immediately called to cancel my next order. Seemed simple enough. Then, a few months later, a product kit arrived in the mail.
