I placed an order with this company online, (allstatebeauty.com), on Thursday March 26, 2009 & my credit card was charged. I received a confirmation number from this company via email as well. I have waited the approximate shipping time of 5-7 business days & still haven't received my product. I have called this company as well as leaving a voice mail message with my number & confirmation number to inform me or assist me in this matter, & I haven't received a phone call or email back either.
