I was shopping in Rockville, MD Target on Sunday 2/27, and it might be my last time, i used to shop every weekend at this Target. I am in a need of a vacuum cleaner, so i took down several vacuums from the display, trying to pick the one that will be good for me, I was with my 2 year old and my mom so maybe we didn't seem to look like a customer ???
