While I have enjoyed movies from this company, their customer service is unprofessional and lacking in the true knowledge of what it means to "serve." Administratively, they're overwhelmingly incompetent. Almost as if they were deaf, never hearing what I say. I've updated my name, phone number, address with this company numerous times, and all for naught, it seems, because I keep running into proplems with them. They recently sent 2 movies to an address I lived at 12 years ago but managed to get the right account to take my money out of. I asked for a refund 3 days ago.
