This company charged me $600 dollars promising to give me a website in 10 days via their HD Express 10 Day Plan. It has been over one month and I have received NOTHING, not even a rough draft. After two weeks, they stopped replying to my emails and would not call me back. Every time I called the wait would be 20 minutes+ and I would just get an answering machine. After finally getting a hold of someone (after a week of trying), they cancelled my account, but refused to give me a refund. I have just lost $600 and received product or service.
