We have been removing snow for the Walmart store located in Scottsbluff, Nebraska for store # 01-0867 for the entire winter season. USM is now in breech of contract for non-payment. The outstanding balance is now at $17, 649.00 and accruing finance charges daily. We have given USM all paperwork required (several times over as they seem to lose documents sent or have very untrained personnel attending to contract requirements).
