Onewayfurniture.com SUCKS! I ordered a modest piece of furniture for $99. It arrived quickly, but upon assembly I noticed splits in the wood and defects in the finish. Overall, the piece was not high quality which is the fault of the manufacturer. However, the next business day I was on the phone to onewayfurniture.com to make arrangements to return the item. They advertise a toll-free customer service number on their site, but they don't answer it. I left a message which was not returned.
