So about 6 months ago I contacted Philips about replacing/repairing my Home Theater System with DVD Playback. They agreed to replace it, as long as I emailed them proof of purchase. After spending 2 days finding my proof, they told me I could pay to ship my old system back to them, or they would ship me one, but I would have to give them a credit card number for insurance if they didn't get something back from me.
