The sporting goods counter in the 4 stores I regularly shop have little or no customer service in the sporting goods area and no good way to get help. When I have decided to seek out help, I have several times failed to find help in that entire section of the store. My biggest beef is the rifle and pistol ammo that is under lock and key and absolutely requires an employee.
